Spring in New York students living both on and off-campus are welcome at all of NYU’s 13 dining locations. Options include the Kimmel Marketplace, with a variety of international and traditional dining choices, the Kosher Eatery at Weinstein, Starbucks at Faye’s, and Argo Tea Cafe (among many others). Students have the option to enroll in a variety of different meal plans, or to dine at these locations using cash or credit card. Meals plans often include both allotted meals and dining dollars, which work like a debit card in purchasing snacks, meals, and beverages at NYU dining locations.
Students without meal plans also have the option to load money onto their NYUCard using Campus Cash. Campus Cash can be loaded onto your NYUCard at various on-campus locations as well as online, and can be used at the NYU Bookstore, NYU Ticket Central, campus dining halls, and for on-campus laundry and vending machines, as well as at off-campus merchants. A full list of participating merchants is available online.
Of course, there are countless restaurants throughout New York City to keep you full and happy throughout the semester. If you plan to dine on campus and have any special dietary restrictions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to discuss potential accommodations. Check back later this week for a list of New York City-themed books and movies to check out over the holiday break!
